Melbourne airport is the second busiest airport in Australia. The Melbourne airport team are constantly striving to provide exceptional facilities including shopping, parking and ease of travel through the airport for thousands of travellers every day.
Ignite Digital worked with Melbourne Airport to implement their Salesforce Marketing Cloud software and get them up and running with email communications through their new software. We also ran automated marketing strategy sessions to explore the programs that can underpin better communications to the customers and suppliers of Melbourne Airport.
Ignite Digital also designed and implemented the email template designs, subscription and unsubscribe pages for the airport divisions and operations.
