Web Site Navigational Information

Ignite Digital uses commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and Web beacons, to collect information from your computer or mobile device as you navigate the Company’s Web sites, interact with e-mails sent by the Company on its own behalf, or use the Services (“Web Site Navigational Information”).

Cookies

Ignite Digital uses cookies and Javascript to make interactions with the Company’s Web sites easy and meaningful. When you visit one of the Company’s Web sites, open e-mail from the Company, or use the Services online, Ignite Digital’s servers or an authorized third party may send a cookie to your computer. Cookies allow the Company to track overall Web Site usage, determine areas that Visitors prefer, and to make your visit to the Company’s Web site easier by recognizing you and providing you with a customized experience. Standing alone, cookies do not personally identify you; they merely recognize your Web browser. Unless you choose to identify yourself to Ignite Digital, either by responding to a promotional offer, opening an account, or filling out a Web form (such as a “Contact Me”), you remain anonymous to the Company. For a more thorough explanation of what cookies are and how they operate, including how to see which cookies have been set and how to manage or delete them, please visit www.aboutcookies.org or www.allaboutcookies.org.

Ignite Digital uses cookies that are session-based and persistent-based. Session cookies exist only during one session, i.e., only while you are reading or navigating the Company’s Web Sites. They disappear from your computer when you close your browser software or turn off your computer. Persistent cookies remain on your computer after you close your browser or turn off your computer. Please note that if you disable your Web browser’s ability to accept cookies, you will be able to navigate the Company’s Web sites, but the functionality and features of the Services may be affected, and you may not be able to successfully use the Services. Similarly, if you disable JavaScript, some features of the Company’s Web site may not function properly, and some areas of the Company’s Web site may not function at all. The following sets out how Ignite Digital may use different categories of cookies and your options for managing cookies’ settings.

IP Addresses and URLs

Due to Internet communications standards, when you visit or use the Company’s Web sites, we automatically receive the URL of the Web site from which you came and the Web site to which you go when you leave the Company’s Web site. We also receive your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address (or the proxy server you use to access the World Wide Web), your computer operating system, the type of Web browser you are using, and your Internet Service Provider (ISP). This information is used to analyze overall trends to help us improve the Service and to track and aggregate non-personal information.

Ignite Digital may collect aggregated data regarding use of the Services and the Company’s Web site, including, without limitation, number of Web Site Visitors to the Company’s Web site, frequency and patterns of use, tag usage, feedback request trends, etc. (“Aggregated Data”). Ignite Digital uses Aggregated Data as a statistical measure and not in a manner that would identify you personally. Aggregated Data enables us to determine how often certain parts of the Company’s Web site or the Services are used so that we can improve them. Ignite Digital may make use of, or make such Aggregated Data available to, third parties, in any manner in our sole discretion.

Social Media Features

The Company’s Web sites may use social media features, such as the Facebook ‘like’ button (“Social Media Features”). These features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on the Company’s Web site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. You may be given the option by such Social Media Features to post information about your activities on the Company’s Web site to a profile page of yours that is provided by a third party Social Media network in order to share with others within your network. Social Media Features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on the Company’s Web site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the relevant Social Media Features.

Do Not Track

Currently, various browsers – including Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari – offer a “do not track” or “DNT” option that relies on a technology known as a DNT header, which sends a signal to Web sites’ visited by the user about the user’s browser DNT preference setting. Ignite Digital does not currently commit to responding to browsers’ DNT signals with respect to the Company’s Web sites, in part, because no common industry standard for DNT has been adopted by industry groups, technology companies or regulators, including no consistent standard of interpreting user intent. Ignite Digital takes privacy and meaningful choice seriously and will make efforts to continue to monitor developments around DNT browser technology and the implementation of a standard.

Service Enabled Tracking

The Services may be used by our Customers to collect certain information about individuals and their online activities, such as interactions with a Customer’s Web site or in relation to a Customer’s online advertisements, content and communications using cookies and other tracking technologies. Customers are responsible for complying with any legal requirements in using any tracking technologies made available through the Services, including complying with any notice and consent requirements, and disclosing the use of such technologies in their respective privacy statements.

Ignite Digital is not responsible for the Personal Information you choose to submit in these forums. Customers and Web Site Visitors may elect to use the Company’s referral program to inform friends about the Company’s Web sites and the Services. When using the referral program, the Company requests the friend’s name and email address.
